Trippi Hippie Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing Trippi Hippie!

We currently ship to most U.S. states where our products are legal. At checkout, you’ll see available shipping options based on your location. Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order—we’re unable to reroute packages once they’ve been shipped.

⏱ Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods or new product drops, processing may take a little longer—but we’ll always do our best to keep things moving.

🚚 Shipping Time

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your selected shipping method and location.

📍 Where We Ship

We currently only ship within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time. If you’re outside the U.S. and interested in Tribe, stay tuned—we’re working on it!

💌 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once your package leaves our hands, it’s in the hands of the carrier. If your order is significantly delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, email us within 7 days of delivery at orders@trippihippie.com with your order number and a photo—we’ll make it right.

We cannot guarantee delivery timelines and are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier issues, or incorrect addresses. Please order early if you need your chews by a specific date. 

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. All sales are final.
