We’re a small, intentional brand—and due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds and cannot accept returns, even on unopened items. This helps us protect the integrity and safety of what we create and ensures compliance with health regulations.

That said, we’re not here to leave you hanging. If something arrives damaged, is missing, or doesn’t seem quite right, please email us at orders@trippihippie.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
